Unique Photo Booth Set Up

It’s not just a little box!  We provide a full backdrop with studio grade lighting, a personal photographer and an app that instantly sends the pictures to your guests as an email or text.

This can be set up indoors or outdoors, but does need a power supply source for the studio lights.  We provide the props unless you have your own you’d prefer to use. 

Custom Designed Photo Frame

We create a custom photo frame specifically for your event so everything flows together. You get to decide how many pictures you want – from just one large feature photo up to four pictures per frame.

This works great for graduations, birthday parties, corporate events, church or school fundraiser events, and Christmas (we have extra backdrop props for our Christmas booths).

Photo Booth Pricing:
$200 up to two hours, $50 each hour after

How It Works

We can either create your photo frame from your graphics or design one for you based on your event theme.  At the event, all photos are digitally sent to participants through either email or texting.

What makes a ‘McBrayer Studios Photo Booth’ unique?

Unlike many other photo booth set ups, our photo booth experience isn’t just a static camera in a box and hope things go well.  We have a full event coordinating background, full studio grade lighting, personalize photo frame graphics, plus a personal photographer providing personalized photography services for each photo taken.

Face it, photo booth participants move around between shots (that’s what is suppose to happen).  Sometimes it takes a slight adjustment to the camera setup to ensure all participants will still be in the shot (all within the few seconds between each photo).  Having a personal photographer on the scene to make these adjusts helps make your photo booth experience that much more special.  Our photographers also provide coaching and verbal countdowns to ensure everyone is ready for the next frame.

We use a professional level DSLR Canon camera, tethered to our photo booth software, which compiles the photos taken (typically one to four photos), adds them to a uniquely customized frame for your event, and allows for immediate sharing via our iPad software, including either an email or SMS text (or both).  No need to wait for physical prints or delayed off-site photo uploads.  Immediate sharing allows for quicker uploading to social media, sharing with others, etc.



Our typical packages include the following:

  • Customized digital photo frame (matching colors, imagery, fonts, based on the event)
  • Coordinating background and stand
  • Professional level DSLR camera setup with flash, connected to a MacBook Pro and photo booth software, iPad with sharing software (wifi connection required)
  • Photo booth props (assorted hats, glasses, saying, and other bling…)
  • Personal full time photographer and assistant the full time of the event


Packages start at $300.00 and includes everything above and up to 2 hours of photo booth services, plus set up and take down.  Each event is unique, so contact us to custom tailor a package for your event.
