Architectural Photography

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words.

Architectural Photography

Whether it’s an exterior photograph, interior view, signage (both day and night), overall street scene, or other architectural photography needs, our attention to the details and knowing how best to present the project, will create unforgettable images of a project.

Each Photograph Tells a Story

It highlights a detail, or feature and provides a visual depiction of what the architect or designer intended to show.  It’s our responsibility to capture this on “film” for our clients to share with the world.

An Eye for Design

Todd McBrayer has been working in the design and construction industry for over 30 years. That gives us an “eye” for what will look best in an architectural photograph and make sure the angles, lighting, settings, backgrounds and other elements are for your architectural project are proper before taking the shot.

Construction Progress Photography

Need construction progress photographs for your reports?  We can come out and document your construction site progress as a one time service, or schedule regular progress reports for your company or client needs.

We also offer arial photography to be able to capture the whole site at once.

What's Included

Schedule

Typically our clients should allow for about one to two weeks for their final photographs to be uploaded and ready to use.   We want to capture the best image to represent your project or building.  This means we need to wait for the right settings.  Weather, surrounding events, business hours, access, and other restrictions all play into when and how an image is created.  There are exceptions to every rule (and photo shoot), but typically this is a good window of time to allow.

We Preserve Your Projects in Their Many Stages

Elegantly

Whether it’s an exterior photograph, interior view, signage (both day and night), overall street scene, or other architectural photography needs, our attention to the details and knowing how best to present the project, will create unforgettable images of a project.

A note about licensing of the images…  As a creative professional we retain the full rights to the photographs for our portfolio use.  You as our client are given full rights to use the images as you see fit.  We do ask for photography credit if being published (everyone likes getting credit for their work).
