Pre-consultation

Working together, we determine your vision and come up with a plan to make it happen. A site visit may be required prior to the event if there are special circumstances or needs.

Professional Filming

We carefully monitor lighting and sound to make sure you have the best recording possible of your event. Our cameras are great in a wide variety of lighting setups. With 20 times optical zoom, we get great close up shots – without being in the way.

Editing and Products

We edit each production in Final Cut Pro. We add chapter makers and add credits to the end if information is provided. We then either create DVDs, Blu-rays or Digital Copies, depending on your needs and video distribution rights.

Basic Videography Package

This package is for an event up to two hours long filmed with two HD video cameras – one to capture the whole scene, and the other for close up shots and to follow motion. This works great both for individual families or groups wanting to capture their special event or for event organizers who want to offer recordings of the events to all participants. Most plays and dance class shows work well with this option. Sound can be captured through our Rode directional mics or mic sound from your venue if we are provided with a feed. We record your show live as it happens, and work with directors before the show to make sure we catch any special shots or non-typical staging.

Up to 120 minutes of videography with two HD cameras
Video Editing services with basic sound editing, transitions, end credits, movie title and chapter menus
Choice of downloadable Digital Copy with online hosting for viewing, or a hard copy with either DVD or Blu-ray. Each comes with custom printed disc and case (additional copies can be ordered at time of event at a discounted price)

Live Streaming

Starting at $275

.Can’t fit the entire audience in the theater? Want to give access to this event to people who are out of town or unable to leave home? Live Stream! As a stand alone service, Live Streaming starts at $275 for up to two hours. We can stream from one to four cameras with live editing (post production editing and distribution are available for an additional charge).

If we are already at your event with a filming package, we can design a live stream package that works for you! We can stream just the full stage view – which works great for a backstage “green room” option if you theater doesn’t have that service, or live edit your entire production with multiple cameras.

Have a large event and want an edited video that gives an overview of the event? We can create short, promotional type videos from multiple sources of media that highlight the event, or a fully edited movie from 15 minutes to an hour. We can cover events from a few hours to a few days. We can provide both photography and videography services for these events.
